Central Calaveras Firefighters Association  respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512), we respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.  

Filing a Complaint  

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been reproduced on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice to our Designated Agent containing the following:  

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.  
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.  
• Identification of the material on our site claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail (URL) so we can locate it.  
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).  
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.  
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate.
