Donor Privacy Policy
Central Calaveras Firefighters Association is deeply committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our financial supporters. We strictly adhere to the highest standards of donor privacy protection.


Commitment to Our Donors


No Renting or Selling: We will not sell, rent, trade, or share our donors' personal information—whether collected online or offline—with any third-party organization for their own marketing or commercial purposes.


Third-Party Service Providers: Donor information is only shared with trusted third-party service providers (such as secure payment gateways and mailing facilities) solely to process contributions and deliver official communications on our behalf.


Anonymity: Donors who wish to remain anonymous in public recognition materials (such as annual reports) may indicate their preference when donating or by contacting us directly.
